My role as head of department at Eightmood included leading my inhouse team and contractors through the process of building stands at European home decor fairs, annually.

This responsibility required coordinating and overseeing all preparations, and later leading the visual merchandising on-site. The key to a successful and cost-efficient fair participation is careful planning - and maintaining a happy team in good spirits, all through the challenges surfacing in the European exhibition halls.
